Scandal: Lisa Kudrow Joins Series In Recurring Role

“Scandal” is getting a “Friend” in Season 3.

Lisa Kudrow has joined the cast of the ABC drama in a recurring guest role, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

Lisa will play a politician on the show.

Information about Lisa’s debut episode date or character name were not immediately available.

The former “Friends” star currently has a series on Showtime – “Web Therapy” — where she plays Fiona Wallice, a therapist, who offers her services via short video web chat sessions. Dan Bucatinsky, who plays James Novak on “Scandal,” is also an Executive Producer and star of “Web Therapy,” alongside Lisa.
