Snooki Talks Motherhood, Marriage Plans & Comparing Mug Shots With Deena Cortese

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s priorities have changed dramatically since giving birth to her first child, baby Lorenzo, in August.

The glowing new mom stopped by Access Hollywood Live in New York City on Thursday to dish on how she’s adjusting to her new life.

“I love Lorenzo so much – he’s perfect, he’s an amazing baby,” the 24-year-old reality mom told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover. “I used to care about like, partying, like what’s going on tonight, what am I going to wear, and now it’s like, what is Lorenzo going to wear to bed? He’s so cute, I just wanna cuddle with him.”

Little “Enzo” wakes up every two hours, but Snooks said she doesn’t mind. And, while she doesn’t employ any helpers or nannies (she doesn’t “believe in that stuff”), her fiance, Jionni LaValle has fully stepped up to the parenting plate.

“Jionni is like [Lorenzo’s] other mother. He’s so hands on,” she said, smiling. “He changes his diapers, he does everything. So, Lorenzo kinda has like two moms.”

Though the baby is only 2 months old, Snooki is already making sure he gets a solid literary start.

“We read books. We read Dr. Seuss,” she said, adding that she “can’t sing,” but will “hum songs” from artists like Beyonce and Taylor Swift.

Though the reality mama and Jionni are now parents together, wedding plans are currently on hold.

“I have to find a house first,” she said, when asked if the couple is planning to marry soon. “I want to get married and then go to a house – not his parents’ basement! So, we want to actually have our own house before we get married.”

Snooki endorsed former Republican Presidential candidate John McCain in 2008 (because Obama proposed a tax on tanning), but this time around she’s undecided.

“I’m definitely trying to watch the debates because now I have a child and the future, so I’m trying to get into it, but I don’t know who I’m going to vote for yet,” she said.

The self-proclaimed Princess of Poughkeepsie was pregnant while filming the final season of “Jersey Shore” (which she said wasn’t “that fun”), and being sober came with responsibilities like picking castmate Deena Cortese up from lockup.

“I picked Deena up from jail. I feel like I’m her mom, like she’s my degenerate kid,” she said, adding that she and Deena did indeed compare mug shots. “Hers is way better, ‘cause I looked like, disgusting. She actually looks kinda good.”
