Spencer Pratt & Heidi Montag Officially Wed

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are finally husband and wife, a rep for the “Hills” stars confirmed to Access Hollywood on Saturday night.

“Today Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt joined hands in marriage during an afternoon ceremony at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, CA,” their rep told Access. “Dr. Twining F. Campbell served as pastor in front of 200 family and friends. Afterwards, the newlywed couple enjoyed an intimate reception at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.”

“MTV wishes Heidi and Spencer the best and can’t wait to share their wedding with ‘The Hills’ fans later this season,” an MTV spokesperson added in a statement to Access.

A source on the scene spotted the “Hills” stars leaving the Westminster Presbyterian Church following their wedding ceremony.

Before leaving in an old Bentley with Spencer, however, Heidi stood on the church steps and yelled, “Lauren, get in there,” urging a friend to get in the pack of women waiting to catch her bouquet. Heidi may have been referring to Lauren “Lo” Bosworth, as Lauren Conrad — who attended the wedding despite previously telling Access she had no plans to, reportedly left immediately following the ceremony.

Kristin Cavallari from “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County,” reportedly caught the bouquet.

Heidi then told her, “You’re next!”

Other “Hills” castmates at the long-awaited event included Brody Jenner, Audrina Patridge and Stephanie Montag.

Heidi wrote about the wedding on her Twitter page earlier in the day, writing “Thank you God for Spencer” and describing her wedding dress as “amazing – like a swan princess.”

Before the wedding began, a skywriter soared about the venue, writing “Spencer Loves Heidi” numerous times.

Spencer and Heidi began dating in the summer of 2006. The Saturday ceremony was the couple’s third try at marriage following a symbolic elopement in Mexico last November and a trip to the Beverly Hills courthouse which failed to see them say “I do.”
