Carrie Fisher has confirmed a long-standing “Star Wars” rumor – she’ll be back as Princess Leia.
According to TV Guide, the 57-year-old said she will return in the upcoming “Episode VII.”
“I’d like to wear my old [cinnamon buns] hairstyle again — but with white hair,” she said. “I think that would be funny.”

Additionally, Carrie said original trilogy co-stars Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill will also return and begin filming in March or April with director J.J. Abrams.
“Star Wars: Episode VII” will blast into theaters on December 18, 2015.
