Taylor Swift Reveals Admiration For Justin Bieber & Her ‘Phobia’ Of Relationships

Justin Bieber has legions of female fans across the globe, and now, you can add one more famous face to that list – Taylor Swift.

“He’s sweet and awesome, and it’s like, fascinating how charismatic he is,” Taylor told Allure magazine in a new interview for their December issue. “So genuine. I’ll join his fan club.”

Besides her admiration for The Biebs, in her candid Allure interview, Taylor also opened up about her outlook on love and why, although she has no problem singing about her own relationships, she shouldn’t be advising others in their endeavors of the heart.

“I used to think there were all these rules for making people like you, like, the best way to get a guy to like you would be to actively ignore him. I was filled with advice! I’d tell my friends things like, ‘Don’t accept that apology! That isn’t sincere!’ Or, ‘He hung out with his ex-girlfriend? Get rid of him.’ But love is never that simple,” Taylor opined. “Now I’m finally getting the idea that it’s the one thing I don’t need to have a strategy for.”

As far as those songs chronicling her loves lost and found, it’s a topic Taylor sings about with ease – but speaking about them away from the stage or the studio is another story.

“I’ve always been comfortable talking about details of my personal life in songs, but still never in interviews,” she told the mag, adding that she is aware of her image as someone who has hopped between quite a few beaus over the years.

“It’s a little strange in that I’m typically single a lot. I have a phobia about being in the wrong relationship, so as soon as I establish it’s not the one I don’t want to waste their time,” Taylor revealed.

However, make no mistake – Taylor said her fear wouldn’t stop her from her search for Mr. Right.

“Relationships are fascinating and riveting and completely unpredictable,” she said. “For me, love is everything.”
