The Cure For Britney’s Toxic Diet

On Tuesday, Access Hollywood investigated how Britney’s toxic diet could be damaging to her physical and mental heatlh. Today, it’s on blogs everywhere and was a hot topic on “The View.” It connected because it is so logically obvious.

Now we turn the corner and offer Britney the cure.

Britney’s erratic behavior may be a result of her toxic diet according to Dr. Timothy Brantley, author of “The Cure: Heal Your body, Save Your Life.”

“One of the greatest foods that she can eat is salmon,” Brantley said. “It takes less than five minutes to make — you literally could sear this on both sides and have raw olive oil on top of it.”

Ingredients in salmon and eggs help alleviate depression. In addition, foods with Folate and Vitamin B-12 – oatmeal, broccoli, and lentils — are calming foods that could stabilize her mood.

“They are vitamins that help to create serotonin, which will help to keep her calm,” Brantley said. “Green tea is a great substitute for all those drinks that she’s having. She can get decaffeinated green tea.”

And for a healthy treat, Britney can try blending yogurt, fruit, raw chocolate, flax seeds and walnuts.

“These foods are excellent for the brain,” Brantley said. “These are foods Britney needs to stay on on a regular basis.”

“Her emotion are going to become stabilized. and so I believe will her behavior,” he said.
