Tim’s Trick’em Turkey Sliders

1 lb. raw lean ground turkey

1 large raw egg

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper 

1/2 cup of Bbq sauce

1/4 cup of extra light olive oil

On top of sliders:

Cole Slaw

1
1/2 cup of Cole slaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)

1/2
cup light ranch dressing

1
1/2 tablespoon honey

Mix
coleslaw, dressing ,and honey in small mixing bowl.

6-8 Hawaiian rolls

In a medium mixing bowl thoroughly Mix
turkey, egg, garlic, black pepper, add in  Bbq sauce and mix until the color
of the ground turkey has changed to red.

Form by hand, meat mixture into
individual  slider sized burger patties approx 6-8.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan at 165 degrees or medium heat.
Place burger patties in frying pan and allow to cook for 3min on first side
then flip and firmly press patty with a spatula .

Makes 2-3 servings

Allow to cook for a additional 3 mins or
until done in the center.

Split Hawaiian roll in half and place burger
on roll then add 2 tablespoons of Cole slaw on top of patty and top with other
half of roll.

Spicy Honey Glazed Chicken Skewers

pounds chicken tender loins

1
cup honey

1/2
cup light soy sauce

1
tbs red pepper  flakes

tbs granulated  garlic

1
tsp black pepper

tbs canola oil

Directions:  Whisk all of the ingredients  in bowl
(except 4 tbs canola oil, reserved foe skillet).  Place tenderloins in
sauce, let sit for a couple of minutes. Then, skewer  each tender
loin on skewer.  In large skillet add 4 tbs of canola oil, heat pan in med
heat.  Lay each skewer flat, saute skewers on both  sides for 5
minutes. 

Banana pudding

serves:

vanilla pudding

cup low fat milk

1
cup sugar

tsp vanilla extract

cups cool whip (for filling)

cups cool whip for topping

1
bag vanilla wafers

1
bunch ripe banana

Directions: in bowl mix instant pudding with milk, whisk in
vanilla and cool whip, then set aside.  In large pan layer pan with
vanilla wafers, then later cookies with sliced  banana’s then pour half of
the vanilla pudding mix  over cookies and bananas. Add another layer of
vanilla wafers and bananas, then spread layer of cool whip evenly all
over,  then top of with crumbled vanilla wafers. Chill then eat!
