‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ Trailer Drops!

The end of the world is here – and only the
“X-Men” can save it.

The first trailer for “X-Men: Apocalypse” dropped on
Friday, giving fans their first full length look at the destruction being
brought on by the world’s first mutant – En Sabah Nur/Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac).

Set in 1983 (roughly a decade after “X-Men: Days of Future Past”), after awakening from his tomb, Apocalypse
recruits his “four horsemen” — Magneto (Michael Fassbender),
Psylocke (Olivia Munn), Angel (Ben Hardy) and Storm (Alexandra Shipp) – to help
bring an end to mankind as we know it.

Enter Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), who helps recruit a band
of young mutants including Jean Grey (Sophie Turner),
Cyclops (Tye Sheridan), Jubilee (Lana Condor) and Nightcrawler (Kodi Smitt-McPhee), to save Professor
X (James McAvoy) and all of civilization.

“X-Men Apocalypse,” directed by Bryan Singer, hits
theaters May 27, 2016.
