Cue the slo-mo, shirtless running on the beach scene of your dreams – Zac Efron is circling the big screen "Baywatch" movie.
According to Dwayne Johnson, Zac will join him in the upcoming film version of the popular '90s TV series.
Earlier on Monday, the Hollywood Reporter first reported Zac was in talks for the role.
Dwayne has previously said the movie version of the TV series will be "edgy, raunchy and hopefully, funny as all hell."
"Baywatch" ran for 11 seasons ending its run in 2001. Series stars over the years included David Hasslehoff, Pamela Anderson, Jeremy Jackson, Yasmine Bleeth, David Charvet, Gena Lee Nolin, Alexandra Paul, Chris Fiore, Michael Newman, Brooke Burns, Nicole Eggert, Jason Momoa, Traci Bingham, Donna D'Errico and many more!
The "Baywatch" movie is slated to start shooting in early 2016.
