Listen, if you need Chrissy Teigen to host the Oscars, you can call her, but like she said — they aren’t that desperate yet.
The model mama, who is famous for her quips and clapbacks on Twitter, took to her favorite social media platform to address whether she has been asked to host the famous award show now that Kevin Hart has backed out.
“I have not been asked to host the oscars yet so at least they aren’t THAT desperate,” Chrissy joked to her fans.

Despite the fact that Chrissy seems to think she’d be a last pick, her fans definitely disagreed and joked that they absolutely need her. And if she can’t host the show, she better be in the audience!
The Oscars hosting gig is officially open after Kevin stepped down from hosting following his refusal to apologize over tweets from 2009-2011 that had anti LGBTQ slurs.
Kevin did ultimately apologize and said he was sorry if he hurt anyone in the LGBTQ community, but he didn’t want to take the spotlight away from the work if he hosted the Oscars.
