Enrique Iglesias was not experiencing friendly skies during a flight over the Atlantic on Monday.
During a promotional tour in support of his greatest hits album, the singer’s plane was forced to make an emergency landing at Luton Airport outside London, Britain’s Press Association reported.
The mid-air scare occurred when the pilot was reportedly forced to shut down one of the jet’s engines.
“The highly skilled pilots managed to make a safe landing and nobody was hurt,” a rep for Iglesias told People.
A rep for the singer’s label also confirmed to People that no one was injured in the emergency landing.
