Gal Gadot Shares First Official ‘Wonder Woman’ Movie Photo

Gal Gadot has shared the first official photo from the upcoming “Wonder Woman” standalone movie.

The actress Tweeted a photo of herself as the titular Amazon princess after Warner Bros. issued a press release revealing principal photography on the Patty Jenkins-helmed movie has begun.

“Almost 75 years in the making… #WonderWoman is underway,” Gal Tweeted late Friday night along with the photo, which feature’s Gal’s Wonder Woman wearing a hooded cloak, with what appears to be London’s Big Ben in the background.

In their release, Warner Bros. stated filming will take place in the UK, France and Italy.

The studio also confirmed “Wonder Woman” castings including Chris Pine as Steve Trevor (Wonder Woman’s love interest), Robin Wright (could the “House of Cards” star be playing WW’s mom Queen Hippolyta?), Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Ewen Bremner, Saïd Taghmaoui, Elena Anaya, and Lucy Davis.
