Jaime Pressly was arrested late Wednesday night, on suspicion of drunk driving, Access Hollywood has confirmed.
The former “My Name Is Earl” star was stopped in Santa Monica, Calif., after allegedly committing a traffic violation, a spokesperson for the Santa Monica Police Department told Access.
A field sobriety test was then performed on the 33-year-old actress.
According to her booking sheet, she was taken to the Santa Monica jail, where she was held on $15,000 bail. She is no longer in custody.
A rep for the actress was not immediately available for comment when contacted by Access Hollywood.
