“Melbourne, the first two nights with you have been magical,” she wrote. “Tonight we play this show for the very last time. I’m so honored I get to share the last night of the 1989 World Tour with all of you. This has been the most incredible adventure. Thank you for all of it.”
Spanning 85 dates across four continents, the concert series kicked off on May 5 in Tokyo and has grossed nearly $200 million in ticket sales.
In addition, the “Wildest Dreams” singer solidified the “#squadgoals” trend with her revolving roster of special guest stars, including Selena Gomez, Justin Timberlake, Miranda Lambert, The Weeknd, Mick Jagger and many more.
Taylor has another celebration just around the corner, but sounds ready for some R&R instead.
