Britney Spears is keeping her latest accomplishment frozen in time.
The music superstar took on the Mannequin Challenge to celebrate being named the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s Best Resident Performer for the second consecutive year.
In an Instagram clip posted on Saturday, Britney and her “Piece of Me” backup dancers joined in the latest internet craze from the stage of the AXIS auditorium at Planet Hollywood.
“We use our bodies to make our own #MannequinChallenge,” she captioned, adding a party hat emoji to her post. “THANK YOU for voting #PieceOfMe for @TheBestOfLV!!!”
Brit and her crew maintained a variety of acrobatic poses throughout the vid – with one dancer staying impressively mid-splits – until they all broke out in cheers and high-fives as the camera panned down to reveal their award.
The Mannequin Challenge launched earlier this month among high school students nationwide. Within days, Hollywood had taken notice and started showing off their own versions across social media.
Other stars who have participated in the viral trend include First Lady Michelle Obama, Laurie Hernandez, Kate Hudson, Destiny’s Child, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, and more.
