Anne Heche Laid To Rest By Family On Mother’s Day At Hollywood Forever Cemetery

Anne Heche’s family said their final goodbyes. The actress, who died in August at 53 years old after crashing her car into a house in Los Angeles, was officially laid to rest on Mother’s Day at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, according to multiple publications. Anne was cremated following her death and on Sunday her ashes arrived in their final resting place along with a memorial plaque. TMZ reported that the plaque features a photo of the actress, with her full name, Anne Celeste Heche, a butterfly icon and her dates of birth and death, while also describing her as a “mother, actress, writer, director, creator, believer” and ending with a simple quote that read: “Live in love.” “She loved everyone so passionately and deeply and her children, her legacy, thank everyone for their support and love through this difficult time and are grateful to be able to honor their mother on Mother’s Day,” a rep for the star’s family told TMZ. Anne died on August 11 after being taken off life support.
