Michael K. Williams’ cause of death has been revealed to be an accidental overdose. The star died of “acute intoxication by the combined effect of fentanyl, p-fluorofentanyl. heroin and cocaine,” the New York City chief medical examiner announced on Friday. The former star of “The Wire” was found deceased in his apartment on Monday, Sept. 6 at the age of 54.
