The 33-year-old actress shared snaps of her and her Olympic gold medalist boyfriend laying on a daybed on Instagram on Sunday. Nina rocked a brown Fendi one piece and wide brim hat while Shaun rocked light brown Fendi swim trunks and black sunglasses. The pair also got a beautiful view of Costa Rica from the sky on a helicopter ride.
