Prince William is keeping his charitable efforts low-key! The Duke of Cambridge was spotted going undercover as a magazine vendor in London this week, donning a red vest and cap to sell copies of the UK’s Big Issue. Though Will’s efforts appeared to be under the radar at first, multiple passersby spotted the future King and chatted with him about the outing. Cab driver Neil Kramer tells Access Hollywood that William was “engaging and polite” and “never forgot my name” during the conversation.
