Tiger Woods’ Ex Erica Herman Accuses Golfer Of Sexual Harassment

Lawyers for Tiger Woods and his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman appeared in court today to argue over a non-disclosure agreement. Back in March, Herman filed two separate lawsuits. In one, she asked to be released from an NDA, citing the Speak Out Act, which provides an exception to the enforceability of NDAs if the dispute involves sexual assault or harassment. Now, now her exact accusation has come to light; Herman is accusing Woods of sexual harassment, claiming it dates back to the beginning of their romance in 2015 while she worked for him at his Florida restaurant. NBC News legal analyst Danny Cevallos shares his analysis of the situation. Access Hollywood has reached out to reps for Woods and for Herman for comment, but has not heard back.
