Cardi B and Offset have officially called it quits!
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper took to Instagram to share an emotional video about what went wrong in her relationship with the Migos star.
“So everybody been bugging me and everything and you know, I’ve been trying to work things out with my baby father for a hot minute now and we’re really good friends and you know we’re really good business partners,” Cardi B shared.
“He’s always somebody that I run to to talk to and we got a lot of love for each other but things just haven’t been working out between us for a long time and it’s nobody’s fault.”
She continued, “I guess we grew out of love, but we’re not together anymore. I don’t know. It might take time to get a divorce and I’m gonna always have a lot of love for him because he is my daughter’s father and yah.”
Cardi and Offset welcomed their baby girl, Kulture, four months ago and married in September 2017. However, Cardi never officially confirmed that they got married until June 2018. Cardi has admitted in the past that they’ve had their ups and downs, especially as they geared up to welcome their first child together.
But it looks like this time it is officially over. The news likely comes as a surprise to some fans, since they were seen out at the Jingle Ball last weekend and appeared to be in good spirits. And Cardi has lovingly gushed over her husband at award shows throughout the fall.
