Matthew McConaughey fans are buzzing over his latest selfie.
The Oscar winner, 54, shared a startling new Instagram photo on July 10, showing off the aftermath of an apparent bee sting on his face. Though Matthew’s right eye looked swollen completely shut, he seemed to have no problem keeping a positive attitude about the ordeal.
The actor gave the camera a big grin in the close-up shot, which included the cheeky caption “bee swell.”
Fans hit the comment section in droves to share their concern for Matthew, though many couldn’t help but drop a few puns of their own, too.
“Bee careful!” one follower wrote alongside a yellow heart emoji.
Others, meanwhile, seized the opportunity to use the actor’s signature line.
