Photo Tour: Sandra Bullock’s New Orleans Home

Sandra Bullock has been spending more time in New Orleans and she has two very big reasons why – her son, Louis, who was born in the city – and the gorgeous Garden District home she is calling home.

The Tulane School of Architecture allowed Access Hollywood a look at shots they own of the home – taken several decades ago.

Sandra’s house is known as the Koch-Mays House/J. Eustis House and it is a beautiful and ornate 19th century home.

The charming estate was built in 1876, according to Tulane’s records.

According to NOLA.com, the 6,000 square-foot home features gables and ironwork. The house was bought in June 2009 for $2.25 million by an incorporated company with a lawyer who has ties to the actress.

Sandra has a long history with New Orleans and has been helping out Warren Easton, a high school in the area, since the city was devastated by Hurricane Katrina, the Web site reported.

In related news, Sandra spent mother’s day weekend in New Orleans. According to People, she was spotted last Saturday at a photography gallery with Louis and some friends.
