Drake Bell Details Sexual Abuse By Brian Peck In New Docuseries: It ‘Was Mental Manipulation’

Drake Bell reveals for the first time in a new docuseries that he was the victim of sexual abuse during his time on “Drake and Josh” by his dialogue coach Brian Peck. In the new Investigation Discovery series, “Quiet On Set: The Dark Side of Kids’s TV,” Drake details what happened to him and how the trauma lead him to self-destructive behavior that he’s trying to leave behind him. “It just became this secret that I had held on to,” Drake said in the series. “This whole thing was mental manipulation,” he added. Peck was arrested and plead no contest to lewd acts against a child and oral copulation of a person under 16 and was sentenced to 16 months in prison in order to register as a sex offender.
