Grimes has sued her former partner Elon Musk over parental rights. The “Delete Forever” songstress filed a “petition to establish parental relationship” in San Francisco Superior Court on Sept. 29, according to online court records. Neither Grimes nor Musk have publicly commented on her legal action as of yet, and Access Hollywood has reached out to their respective reps for comment.
