‘Married At First Sight’ Alum Lauren Dunn Shares Message Of Strength Following Bondi Beach Shooting

Lauren Dunn is sharing a message of strength following the Bondi Beach mass shooting, which took the lives of at least 15 people on Dec. 14. The “Married at First Sight” alum spoke to Access Hollywood one day after the shooting, which took place at a Hanukkah event, miles away from her apartment in Sydney, Australia. She told Access she was out when the shooting happened and ran back to her apartment then quickly started recording videos of everything happening outside her window and sharing it on social media. Now, the reality star is sharing a message of strength for the people of Australia and explaining how the Bondi beach community is doing one day after the incident. Australian officials have identified the shooting as a terrorist attack as they claim it was “designed to target” Jewish people, according to NBC News. Police have identified two suspects as a father and son, ages 50 and 24, according to NBC News. Officers shot and killed the 50-year-old suspect at the scene, while the 24-year-old was taken to the hospital with “critical injuries,” per NBC News.
