Though the news broke on Sept. 30 that it was Nicole who filed for divorce, it turns out she and the country music star both initiated paperwork weeks earlier. According to a court-approved parenting schedule, Nicole and Keith will continue to make major decisions together regarding their teenage daughters, Sunday and Faith. The dates the plan was signed are noteworthy, as Nicole’s signature is from Sept. 6 while Keith signed at the end of August – a little over a month after an appearance on “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” that is making new headlines for Keith’s answers that now seem to hint at marital trouble.
