Prince George Makes Surprise Appearance Alongside Mom Kate Middleton For Festival Of Remembrance

Prince George has made his first appearance at the Festival of Remembrance. On Saturday, Nov. 8, the 12-year-old joined mom Kate Middleton at London’s Royal Albert Hall for the annual ceremony which honors military service members. The mother-son duo sat next to King Charles, Queen Camilla and other royal family members in their box. Both the Princess of Wales and her son wore red poppy pins, a symbol to commemorate those who died in war. Meanwhile, Prince William was absent from the event as he was traveling back from Brazil after his trip to the COP30 UN climate change summit. However, the Prince of Wales did make it for Remembrance Sunday on Nov. 9, participating in the wreath laying ceremony at The Cenotaph alongside his father and Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
