‘Stranger Things’: Jake Connelly Teases ‘Delightful Derek’s’ Future In Vol. 2

Jake Connelly is still soaking in all the success he’s received since volume one of “Stranger Things” Season 5 came out. The actor told Access Hollywood he found out he was cast as Derek Turnbow in the show after receiving a tornado warning. He also revealed the fun pranks he would pull on Noah Schnapp on set. Plus, he shared the advice he received from his castmates and explained why he lied to his friend by saying he was filming a mayonnaise documentary, when he was actually filming the hit Netflix show. Jake also teased one word to describe Derek’s future on the show. Volume 1 of “Stranger Things” is streaming now on Netflix. Volume 2 drops on Dec. 25. The series finale will be released on Dec. 31.
