Tom Sandoval Alleges Physical & Verbal Abuse By Ex-Girlfriend In Restraining Order Filing

Three years after being at the center of “Scandoval” for cheating on Ariana Madix with their “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Rachel Leviss, Tom Sandoval is back in the headlines with video from earlier this month appearing to show him shoving his ex-girlfriend’s dad into a lit fire pit. According to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood, Sandoval was granted a temporary domestic violence restraining order on June 25 and alleges he pushed ex Victoria Robinson’s dad away for protection, which caused Mr. Robinson to fall. In the filing, Sandoval details the verbal disagreement turned physical after Victoria allegedly was recording him without his consent. Sandoval alleges the model’s dad lunged at him, but Mr. Robinson disputes that claim, telling TMZ: “I lifted Tom off my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner.” Sandoval alleges Victoria also punched him in the face and injured his neck.
