Tyra Banks Sues Netflix For Defamation After Bombshell ‘America’s Next Top Model’ Docuseries
It’s been four months since the docuseries “Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model” made headlines for its bombshell revelations about the series, including contestant Shandi Sullivan claiming she was sexually assaulted during filming. Now, “ANTM” host and creator Tyra Banks is suing Netflix for defamation. Tyra alleges that the producers of the doc constructed a false narrative through selective editing, deliberate omission and footage manipulation, and claims that she wasn’t told about Sullivan’s sexual assault allegations. Access Hollywood has reached out to Netflix for comment on Tyra’s lawsuit and has not yet heard back.
