Jillian Lauren Shriner is the wife of Weezer bassist Scott Shriner, but she’s also an incredibly accomplished true crime author. On Tuesday afternoon, she was shot by police after a standoff at her Los Angeles home and is now facing charges of attempted murder of a police officer. On Thursday morning, Scott faced questions about his wife, and he shared when asked about her condition, “She’s alright, thank you for asking.” Access Hollywood has reached out to Jillian and has not yet heard back. Her court date is scheduled for April 30.
