Michael Jackson’s hand and footprints are set to be immortalized at the famed Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in a celebration of the superstar’s legacy and the Los Angeles debut of Cirque du Soleil’s “Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL World Tour,” and the emcee for the joyous occasion will be none other than Access Hollywood and Access Hollywood Live’s own Billy Bush.
On January 26 at 11 AM, Michael Jackson’s three children, Prince, Paris and “Blanket,” will use their father’s sequined glove and shoes to make impressions in the cement in the forecourt of the theatre as family, friends and fans celebrate the legacy of the King of pop.
A special live presentation from the cast of “Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL World Tour” will also be performed.
The entire event — which is being planned by the Estate of Michael Jackson — will be streamed live via Twitter @michaeljackson with additional photos and live coverage of the event tweeted from Twitter’s music channel @twittermusic.
Fans can go to findeventdetails.com/mjlegacy on January 19 for line up information.
