Alex Cooper Reflects On Massive SiriusXM Deal & Buying Her Parents A House: ‘Such A Dream’

Six months after signing a reported $125 million deal with SiriusXM, Alex Cooper is still wrapping her head around her new chapter.

“It’s wild. I don’t even know what to say,” she told Access Hollywood’s Scott Evans at SiriusXM Radio Row at Super Bowl LIX when he congratulated her on the landmark deal.

Following the huge signing, one of Alex made a major purchase by buying her parents a house in California.

“I think with my parents, I was so excited to tell them this, but I knew they may not want to leave Pennsylvania, so I had to ask them at the right moment,” she recalled of the idea.

When Alex finally did ask them, it was an immediate yes.

“They were ecstatic, and I’m so excited for them to move to California. It’s going to be amazing,” she shared.

“There’s something that’s so beautiful about having this amount of success and wanting to be generous, but also not wanting to make people feel like I’m now just running the show,” she added of the impact on her family dynamic.

“I’m the youngest in my family, keep this in mind – so this is a little odd that I’m the youngest, and I’m like, ‘Anyone want a car?'” Alex quipped.

Alex’s deal with SiriusXM was inked last summer and includes her popular podcast “Call Her Daddy” and others in her Unwell Network.

Last month, SiriusXM and the Unwell Network also announced two new channels (Unwell Music and Unwell On Air) as well as two new live shows (“Dialed In” and “The Daily Dirty”), which are out now.
