Amy Schumer Admits Her Son Gene Has Seen Parts Of ‘Kinda Pregnant’ & He Thinks It’s Funny

Amy Schumer’s five-year-old son Gene is a fan of his mom!

The 43-year-old’s new movie, “Kinda Pregnant” hits Netflix this week and turns out the film has her son’s seal of approval.

“Gene has seen a lot of this movie because he would come in while I was editing it,” she told Access Hollywood at the film’s New York premiere. “He thinks it’s funny…He didn’t see the inappropriate parts,” she added.

The new comedy follows a woman who lies about being pregnant and falls in love with her dream guy. The film gives a realistic look at pregnancy and on the red carpet Amy revealed what she would have liked to know before she was expecting her son and gave an update on his milestones.

“It’s going great, I mean he can read it’s crazy. He can read better than me. He has better handwriting that me,” she joked.

“Kinda Pregnant” starts streaming on Netflix Feb. 5.
