Jennifer Aniston: Shooting ‘30 Rock’ Was ‘Time Of My Life’

After years playing Rachel Green for years on the uber-successful “Friends,” Jennifer Aniston knows a good thing on TV when she sees it.

And following the taping of her guest appearance on NBC’s “30 Rock,” Jennifer had nothing but praise for the show and its cast.

“I had absolutely the time of my life. It was so much fun,” Jennifer told Access Hollywood’s Shaun Robinson at the Toronto Film Festival over the weekend, where the former “Friend” is promoting her new film, “Management.”

“They’re such a well-oiled machine,” she said of the cast, including Tina Fey, Tracy Morgan and Alec Baldwin. “Amazing people. Amazing talent. Funny, kind and awesome!”

In her “30 Rock” guest spot, Jennifer plays Claire Harper – a “free-spirited, ‘Fatal Attraction’-like stalker” who is Liz Lemon’s (Fey) former roommate. But when Claire pays a visit to the Big Apple, she immediately attaches herself to Liz’s boss, Jack Donaghy (Baldwin).

However, Jennifer isn’t the only superstar headed to the show this season.

“Gossip Girl” stars Blake Lively and Leighton Meester will also reportedly make an appearance, as well as the queen of TV talk herself – Oprah Winfrey.

But when Shaun tried to break the news to Jennifer about Oprah’s cameo, Jennifer was apparently already in the know.

“I heard that! I thought I wasn’t supposed to say anything!” Jennifer laughed.

The new season of “30 Rock” debuts October 30 on NBC.
