It’s a girl! Natalie Portman has given birth to her second
child with husband Benjamin Millepied.
A rep for the Oscar winner confirmed the happy news to
Access Hollywood on Friday, revealing that the couple welcomed daughter Amalia
last month.
“Mother and baby are happy and healthy,” Natalie’s
rep told Access in a statement.

Amalia arrived on Feb. 22, just four days before this year’s Oscars. Natalie was nominated for Actress in a Leading Role honors, but the “Jackie” star skipped the ceremony and the previous day’s Independent Spirit Awards due to her family’s new addition.
Natalie accepted Best Actress at the 2011 Academy Awards for her work in “Black Swan,” while pregnant with now-5-year-old son Aleph.
She and Benjamin tied the knot in 2012, after meeting on the set of the ballet thriller.
