Rihanna has some new ink – and it’s a motto she plans to live by everyday.
“I got it! Last night!” Rihanna told Access Hollywood when asked about her new tattoo Tuesday night at the launch of VEVO, a new music video Web site, at Skylight Studio in New York City.
“It reads, ‘Never a failure, always a lesson,’ and that’s my motto for life,” she said of the new art.
And her new tattoo might not read right at first glance.
“I did it backwards so I could read it to myself in the mirror,” she explained to Access.
The singer has a number of tattoos, including a trail of stars on her neck, the word “Shh…” on her index finger and small gun tattoo under her right arm.
