Sarah Hyland has had a tough couple of weeks after her cousin was allegedly killed by a drunk driver and she underwent a second kidney transplant in the early fall, but she has had one big support system throughout this difficult time — her boyfriend, Wells Adams.
On Sunday night, the former “Bachelor in Paradise” bartender took to Instagram to post a silly pic with his “Modern Family” love and also shared an adorable message to remind Sarah what’s really important during hard times.
“This beautiful specimen has had a tough couple of weeks,” he wrote. “I’m here to remind you (Sarah Hyland) that there is light amongst the darkness. If you ever doubt that, just look at this picture and remember how awesome we are.”
“The Bachelorette” alum also advised Sarah to relax in the best way possible.
“Throw on some sweats, order some Postmates and put on Home Alone. I’ll be home soon. 😘,”he said.
Sarah recently celebrated her 28th birthday, and Wells didn’t hold back with another mushy post about his “perfect” GF on her special day.
The pair was also total #couplegoals on their recent trip to the British Virgin Islands, with a fun post of Wells stealing a kiss at sunset.
It looks like Wells is the perfect person to cheer up Sarah during this difficult time.
