Zac Efron is recovering following a hospital visit in Spain on Friday.
The “A Family Affair” actor experienced a “minor swimming incident” while in the pool at a villa in Ibiza and was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure, his representative told multiple outlets on Saturday.
The actor was released from the hospital on Saturday morning and “is fine,” the rep told People.
TMZ additionally reported, citing sources, that Efron had been pulled out of the water by two people working at the villa.
Access Hollywood has reached out to reps for the star for comment on the incident.
