A$AP Rocky is being charged for alleged assault with a firearm, Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon announced on Monday via a press release. Rocky, whose legal name is Rakim Mayers, is facing two counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm with allegations of personally using a firearm. The rapper’s team declined immediate comment when contacted by NBC News.
