As new shocking evidence was just unveiled the judge decided there was enough evidence for him to stand trial. A$AP Rocky was arrested in April 2022 at Los Angeles International Airport in connection with a 2021 shooting. The rapper, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm. Prosecutors say he could get up to 24 years in prison if he’s convicted on all charges. The rapper’s lawyer is confident he will be “vindicated.”
