Alec Baldwin Faces Prison Time If Found Guilty Of Involuntary Manslaughter For Halyna Hutchins Death

Alec Baldwin is being charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter for Halyna Hutchins’ death on the “Rust” set. Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed will also face the same charges Mary Carmack-Altwies, the New Mexico District Attorney announced on Thursday. “After a thorough review of the evidence and the laws of the state of New Mexico, I have determined that there is sufficient evidence to file criminal charges against Alec Baldwin and other members of the ‘Rust’ film crew,” the DA stated.
