Amy’s character Beth is pregnant in Season 2 and she told Access Hollywood how her real-life pregnancy influenced the show. “I think I got pregnant when I was like 37 and they really do make you feel like you’re in some futuristic society, that it’s like amazing that you’re over 35 and pregnant so I wanted to bring that in,” she said.
