The 54-year-old announced the birth of his second child via surrogate, a baby boy named Sebastian Luke Maisani-Cooper, while on his show “Anderson Cooper 360” on Thursday. He also revealed that little Sebastian as well as his nearly 22-month-old son Wyatt will be raised by him and his former partner Benjamin Maisani, who is in the process of adopting Wyatt.
