The 47-year-old Academy Award winner hired her sons, 21-year-old Maddox and 18-year-old Pax to work in the assistant director department for the upcoming drama she directed, “Without Blood.” “We work well together. When a film crew is at its best, it feels like a big family, so it felt natural,” she told People Magazine. This is the second time Pax worked with his mom.
