In a 911 call report, someone called at 7:50 a.m. on June 17 to get help for the 55-year-old, whom they were concerned had gone into cardiac arrest in her home in Brooklyn, New York. Emergency medical services pronounced her dead at the scene, but as of June 18, her cause of death has not been confirmed. Anne Burrell reportedly spent the night before her deathly happily participating in an improv acting show at The Second City New York in Brooklyn. A source told People that the chef was “in great spirits” and “having a blast.” Anne had been training at Second City since March, according to her Instagram.
