Back in February, 84-year-old Ida Mae Maclin went viral for her video requesting Queen Bey send her a bundle of tickets to the “Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin Circuit Tour,” as fans could relate to her complaint that concert ticket prices keep getting higher. Beyoncé got the message and treated the grandmother to floor seats at one of her shows in Washington D.C. July 4th weekend.
