Billy Miller, ‘The Young & the Restless’ & ‘General Hospital’ Star, Dead At 43

Hollywood is mourning the loss of a star. Billy Miller, who was best known for his role on the “Young and the Restless” and “General Hospital,” has passed away at the age of 43, his manager confirmed to multiple outlets. According to his manager, the Daytime Emmy winner died on Sept. 15 in Austin, Texas and noted that he was struggling with manic depression at the time of his passing. His official cause of death is unknown.
