Blake Lively is showing off her baby bump! On Monday, the 35-year-old “Gossip Girl” alum posted a funny side-by-side photo of herself with her trainer, Don Saladino, at the gym. In the first photo, Blake’s stomach was flat and in the other image, her baby bump was on full display. “Been doing @donsaladino’s workout program for months now. Something isn’t working,” she hilariously captioned the post. Blake confirmed she and husband Ryan Reynolds were expecting their fourth child in September.
